Brenda Pineda joined Goldman and Partners Immigration Law in February 2023 as an Associate Attorney. She had previously worked as a paralegal in the immigration field since 2014 focusing on Asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile, Cancellations of Removal among other reliefs filed affirmatively with USCIS and defensively before the immigration court.
Brenda was born and raised in Boston, MA. Her family is originally from El Salvador. Based on her family’s history, Brenda developed a passion for immigration law and being able to advocate for the immigrant community. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Brenda graduated from East Boston High, Suffolk University and obtained her J.D. from New England Law School| Boston.
